Cecil is one of the smartest people I have ever worked with, who knows his craft inside and out. Unlike some financial firms trying to push an agenda on you, or trying to get you to say yes to one of their offerings or packages, Cecil works with you to figure out your goals and helps you come up with a plan to reach them. He is willing to think outside the box and look at things from all aspects, which I always find so helpful. He is always willing to help, knows what his limits are, and really helps you figure out what is important. I can't recommend Cecil enough, his firm gives clients the personal attention and customer service that is really uncommon in this day and age.
