Our Story
We all began our careers at one of the largest wealth management firms in the state of Delaware.
Through our dedication to our clients’ best interests, we gradually uncovered the realities of our industry: standardized financial-plans lacking flexibility, high fees, limited access to advisors, and complex products.
It was these recurrent, yet preventable, shortcomings throughout the industry that spurred the inception of CSG Financial. We prioritize a planning-first approach, ensuring our clients’ best interests are the sole consideration when giving financial advice.
We operate on a no-commission basis, with a transparent compensation structure, and consistently adhere to a fiduciary standard in every facet of our operations.

I went into this experience with CSG not knowing a lot about how to save money and plan for retirement. After less than a year of mentoring from Shane and Zach I already feel way more confident and comfortable with my saving and spending habits. Both of them have been super communicative throughout the process and instrumental in helping me reach my financial goals and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Me and my partner came to CSG with debt and were uncertain of how to proceed to get out and start saving. Shane and Zach were so easy to talk to and plan together with. If we make a misstep there is no criticism, they just continue to offer us support and come up with a better plan for us! We love CSG and really would not be where we are today without this group. We highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at CSG Financial. A friend recommended them when I was looking for a trusted advisor for a family member, and from day one, they’ve been the perfect fit. They’re patient, down-to-earth, and somehow manage to make financial planning feel way less intimidating—no pressure, no confusing jargon, just honest advice from people who actually care. They take the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure my family feels confident in their decisions. They even laugh at my mom’s jokes (which is a real testament to their kindness 😁). I was hesitant to reach out to a financial advisor as I didn’t even know where to start and the thought of planning that far ahead in my future made me anxious. I was introduced to CSG Financial (specifically Shane first) through a mutual friend and have not looked back! Since the moment I met Shane he made me feel comfortable and explained things in terms I could understand. He never makes me feel pressured to make decisions, but rather helps to guide me based on my future goals! They are easily accessible when I have questions and always open to set up a quick check in. They are prompt at replying and following up. I am very happy with my decision and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a financial advisor that you can trust!

I initially sought out Zack’s help after my mother passed, as I wasn’t sure how to handle her estate. Zack went through a total education with me to help me understand how all of these moving parts worked. Because of this, I’ve been able to not only administer her estate efficiently, I’ve also been able to put together a full plan of what to do afterwards. Zack’s help has been instrumental in helping myself, and my family, have more confidence in our financials, as well as have a plan for anything that comes our way.
Can’t recommend Zack enough!
