Hi, I'm Ajay Vadukul. Helping people find clarity and confidence in their financial lives is what drives me. I am passionate about helping people live with intention and clarity in their financial lives.I’m especially energized by watching clients reach meaningful milestones, whether that’s paying off debt, retiring on their terms, or finally taking that dream trip they’ve been putting off. I believe that financial success is about more than just numbers, it’s about aligning money with your values and long-term vision.
I’m particularly interested in behavioral finance, retirement planning, and tax-efficient strategies. These areas not only challenge me intellectually but also allow me to provide deeply personalized guidance to each client.
Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer, a proud plant dad, and a die-hard Manchester United fan (yes, even during the tough seasons!). I married my incredible wife, Shalini this year and we’re enjoying this exciting new chapter together. When I’m not in the office or on the course, you can find me training for my first marathon.

Im in my retirement. My son searched for an advisor since my last advisor retired from mass mutual but once he passed me on to his replacement we didn't like him. I then used another advisor and that person didn't do a great job and really let us down- Thankfully we found Charles and he has totally changed our finances and really took care of me. He has guided me through my retirement and answered all my questions and makes me feel real comfortable. I always can talk to him or his team and I trust him. He also referred me to his tax professional and that has been such a peace of mind that everything is taken care of and can retire peacefully and that my nest egg will be taken care of and passed on to my children .

I just want to give a big thank you to Lucas and Charles at Endeavor Advisors for all their help in setting me up with my IRA after I got laid off. I'm 62, an immigrant from europe, and honestly, I never had much education or guidance when it came to money. Can’t speak highly enough about Ajay and Endeavor Advisors. It’s not easy handing a lump some of money over to someone else to manage but Ajay proved to me he cares most about client satisfaction than anything else. He is always there for any questions I have. On top of that he routinely checks in with me to make sure I’ve been happy with his services. I have multiple accounts with Ajay and both have out performed my expectations. My family and I trusted Endeavor Advisors with our hard earned money to purchase a home. Ajay took our money, invested it to grow with a goal in mind and reached that goal. I have experience with multiple investment companies and not once have I felt as comfortable and confident with my money in someone else’s hands. I have worked with many big financial firms before, and they usually focus mostly on investing my money, with planning being just an extra thing they do. But Endeavor Advisors is different. They really focus on making a solid retirement plan first, and then they make sure the investments fit into that plan. This careful approach has been a big help for me. They treat you with respect and make sure everything is well planned out. They are worth every penny of their fee. Ajay !!!! Is awesome . I was like a lost puppy and Ajay helped me find my way . I had the financials but I had no idea what to do wt my money . From the very first interaction we organized my money and Ajay helped me realize I was over insured , over spending and not maximizing my money. The very first month I saved hundreds of dollars just by moving my over spending to a high yield interest savings . Ajay also manages my Deferred comp (457) plan and I am doing significantly better . I have see. More returns ( percentage wise) in the past 6 months the I have I the last 17 years . The best best part about Ajay is his performance and attention to detail . I recently worked with Endeavor Advisors to set up my first retirement account, and I so happy with everything. Charles, main advisor, did such good job explain different accounts and what good and bad about each one. Other advisors I talk to never take time for explain like this. They always want me decide quickly without explaining. But Charles, he so patient and make sure I understand everything. Now, I feel much better about my retirement plans. I tell everyone about Endeavor Advisors. They really good for help with investing.

I have been working with Charles and his father for more than 2 years now and I feel great about being taken care of and that my retirement plan is now in good shape. I found out about Charles through other Google reviews. I feel very fortunate that I did the search and found him to be highly recommended. I couldn't be more pleased with the time Charles has spent with me to make sure I am doing the right thing financially for my future. Charles takes the time to explain everything and is easily reachable by email or text whenever I had questions or concerns. I am in the middle of doing a post nup and Charles has spent many meetings with me and my attorney making sure any decisions are in my best interest. I really appreciate that Charles has explained the importance of investing money early with my children. I honestly wish I would have met Charles earlier. My experience with Ajay thus far has been beyond what I can put into words. I felt very nervous at first, as I started off with basically no knowledge on financial planning. In only a couple of months we’ve managed to eliminate debt, prepare for emergencies, start investing, planning for retirement, and more, while both learning and building confidence. It really is a night and day difference since we’ve started working together. I honestly look forward to our meetings, as they are both productive and fun. I had the best experience working with Charles. I interviewed several financial advisors and so called planners and they all gave a bad taste. I had the feeling they didn’t really care about my situation. When I met Charlie he took a hour just getting to know me and then explained his services. I found Endeavor Advisors though a google search. I met with Charles Luong and he was very honest in showing me how he would allocate my money. I am a retired firefighter and have used several financial advisors over the years. Charles has been the most informative on how my retirement savings would be allocated and protect me from unnecessary and high fees. He was very friendly and professional and I feel very comfortable in using him to manage my retirement savings. Charles also warmly agreed to help my mother with her retirement savings and she now feels more at peace. Charles and Endeavor Advisors definitely deserve the five star ratings they get on their google reviews. I highly recommend anyone that is unsure about their retirement savings to have Endeavor Advisors review their portfolio. .

My wife and I just started working with Charles and we couldn't be more impressed! Like a lot of individuals, I came to Charles because I was worried that I wouldn't have enough money to retire one day. Not only did Charles help eliminate my concerns but he is now showing us ways to win with money - in other words - easy strategies that we can implement today to have financial freedom in a shorter period of time than we thought and with a larger "nest egg." I was introduced to Endeavor Advisors through a friend and was kind of skeptical with all the sales pitch. But the more I talk to them, the clearer it became because of their knowledge and explanations of the products which are beneficial to our family; the ways to save, invest, and planning for the unknown.
