Hi, I'm Chris Grellas. As a CFP® Professional, and co-founder of ProsperPlan Wealth, I serve my clients with absolute integrity and dedication.My approach is grounded in my Christian faith and conviction in treating others in the way I would like to be treated, as taught by Jesus in Matthew 7:12. I strive to always put my clients' best interests above my own, providing personalized financial planning that aligns with their unique needs and goals.
Following a Family Legacy
With an MSFA (Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis) from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Sacramento State, and extensive expertise in retirement planning, Roth conversions, financial technology, and tax efficient planning, I am a student of all things related to investing and financial planning and am well-equipped to guide you through your entire financial journey.
As a Sacramento native, I have a deep connection and long history in the community, having been born and raised here. I am passionate about giving back, and often serve as a guest speaker at local schools, including my alma mater, Rio Americano High School.
Life Outside of Work
Beyond my professional life, I find fulfillment in serving at the youth group of City Bible Church of Sacramento and spending quality time with friends and family. I love cooking, often preparing a full rotisserie lamb for family gatherings.
My Greek heritage is a significant part of who I am, and I share my home with four cats named after famous Greeks: Leo, Elsa, Achilles, and Phila.
On winter weekends, you can find me skiing, and throughout the rest of the year, I enjoy attending and participating in local events. I live with my lovely wife, Tanya, and our beautiful daughter, Kaira, and I strive to balance my professional commitments with a rich and fulfilling personal life.

Chis is one of the most intelligent and financially literate individuals I have met. He provides very sound financial advise from a very holistic standpoint encompassing all areas of wealth building and financial preservation which is key to building generational wealth. Lots of financial advisors out there are just stock brokers trying to put you in the highest commission paying investments and not truly looking out for your best interest. Chris treats his clients as if he were giving advise to his own family which is something that the industry is seriously lacking.
