About Evan Luongo, CFP®
You make good money. But you still lie awake thinking about it.Maybe it's the loans you haven't tackled. The cash sitting in your account doing nothing. The retirement you keep meaning to plan for but never quite get to. Or just the general feeling that you should have your act together by now, but life keeps getting in the way.
That feeling has a name: financial stress. And it has nothing to do with how much you earn.
Here's the truth... Most high earners don't have a money problem. They have a clarity problem.
No one ever showed them what a real plan looks like. Your parents' financial advisor? They haven't spoken to you in a year... So the accounts pile up, the decisions get delayed, and the anxiety quietly compounds, right alongside the income.
That's the exact knot I untangle.
Together, we get everything on the table, your income, your debt, your goals, your vision, your timeline. Then we build a system so simple you stop second-guessing every financial decision you make.
No more wondering if you're on track. No more guilt about spending. No more "I'll figure it out later."
Just clarity. And a plan that actually fits your life.
I'm Evan Luongo, CFP®, founder of NoDa Wealth. Before I started my firm I served as a Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where I spent nearly 8 years working with some of the country's top financial advisors.
I started NoDa Wealth because I wanted to bring that same level of planning directly to busy families and retirees, people who are winning at life but just need someone to make the financial piece feel less overwhelming.
If that's you, I'd love to connect.

About NoDa Wealth Management
Most financial firms were built for people with time on their hands. You're not that person.
You're managing a career, a family, a mortgage, a handful of accounts you barely look at, and a to-do list that never gets shorter. The last thing you need is a financial advisor who speaks in jargon, buries you in paperwork, and meets with you once a year to tell you everything's fine.
NoDa Wealth was built differently.
We work exclusively with busy families and retirees who are ready to stop feeling behind and start feeling in control. That means a real plan, not a generic one, built around your income, your goals, your timeline, and the life you're actually living.
What working with us looks like:
🗂️ We start with your whole picture
Income, debt, spending, goals, accounts. Everything on the table. No assumptions. No guesswork.
📋 We build a plan that's actually yours
Not a template. Not one-size-fits-all. A clear, personalized roadmap you can understand and act on.
🔄 We stay in your corner
Life changes. Your plan changes with it. We're not a set-it-and-forget-it firm. We're a relationship.
✅ We're fiduciaries. Always.
That means we're legally and ethically required to put your interests first. No commissions. No conflicts. Just advice that's built for you.
Born in NoDa. Built for wherever you are.
NoDa Wealth is rooted in NoDa, the creative, tight-knit neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina that inspired everything about how we work. Independent. Straightforward. A little different by design.
But our clients are everywhere. We work with busy families and retirees across the U.S., entirely virtually, so geography is never a barrier to getting a great plan.

We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
