About George Wolfe
Hi, I'm George Wolfe. I strive to construct portfolios that minimize risk and provide rewarding returns using custom strategies for each client’s distinct situation. I personally manage the custom portfolios, taking care to ensure individual goals align with the investment risk. My investment style is characterized by using stocks that have been in long-standing patterns of outperformance for the core of the portfolio. With a commitment to being approachable and available for my clients, I prioritize honesty and trust. By focusing on the fundamental tenets of investing and avoiding reactionary decision-making, I help my clients sort through the noise that surrounds everyday life.
As a discretionary money manager holding Series 66, 7, 24 and an insurance license, I am prepared to assist my clients with every aspect of their financial picture. As a client, you can expect to hear from me at least quarterly so I can stay up to date with your evolving needs.
I am a Waco, Texas native – having earned my bachelor’s degree in history from Baylor University – where I still live today with my wife, Christy. We have two adult children, Haley and Lila, who have both joined me in my financial practice.
I served as an A-10 pilot for 15 years in the United States Air Force, flying three tours in Iraq and a two-year assignment in Korea. I am a member of Waco Goodfellas, a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the lives of families in need during the holiday season. I’m also a member of Renew Church and an avid golfer.

In short, our focus is – and always will be – on you.
An experienced team, dedicated to your success
Whether you’re in need of individual financial counsel or robust institutional strategies, we’ve built our business to address the varied needs of our diverse clientele. Our smallest and largest clients deserve our full attention, and we deliver that attentiveness with guidance that’s tailored to your unique challenges and objectives. We take the time to get to know your values and long-term goals, carefully crafting plans that support the future you’re working toward.
As a focused and experienced group, we provide the resources and expertise of a large firm, with the consideration and service typically found at a small boutique. We develop strategies with an emphasis on mitigating risk and pursuing long-term success, fortified by thorough, objective investment research and selection.
We work alongside our clients, ensuring our strategies are consistently angled toward their ideal financial outcome. We see your goals as an extension of our own, and work tirelessly to help you strive for every one of them.
Our Clients
While our clients certainly encompass a wide range of ages and occupations, what really makes each different from the next is that no two have the same goals, needs or situation. Someone heading for retirement shortly is going to need a different plan from someone saving for their first house, or someone who is an executive looking to make the most of their company benefits.
The point is, each client is unique. That’s why we are so insistent on developing a personalized plan for every client we serve – including you. We won’t just grab something off the shelf, we’ll build it around you. It has to be right for your life.

Wealthtender® is a trusted, independent financial directory and educational resource governed by our strict Editorial Policy, Integrity Standards, and Terms of Use. We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
