Hi, I'm Malik Lee. As the founder of Felton & Peel Wealth Management, I’m proud to utilize my two decades of experience and expertise to help change people’s financial lives for the better.
I do what I do because I love people and numbers. It brings me great joy to use my natural talent for finances to deliver a uniquely personal and affordable financial planning service that elevates the lives of people from differing backgrounds and walks of life. I love to listen to clients’ stories of what made them the successful people they are today.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the benefit of working with some of the greatest minds in financial planning, insurance, and investments at some of the largest and most reputable financial institutions in the world. By creating Felton & Peel Wealth Management, I’ve taken those experiences to give our clients an extremely well balanced and thorough financial experience.
My Path To Felton & Peel
Many life experiences led me to where I stand today, but the most important of these is my upbringing. My great uncle was one of the most successful people I knew. He was an accountant, so I wanted to be one, too. Luckily, I was naturally good at numbers and became the youngest in my family to become the all-time banker in Monopoly (still one of my greatest feats!).
When I look back on my youth, I recognize many times where the “ball could have bounced the other way,” and I could have taken a different path in life. Both of my parents passed away before I was six years old, so I went to live with my grandmother — a move that significantly defined the man I am today. A lot of people stepped up to help raise me, from family and friends to church and the community. It really took a village to raise a young Black parentless child in the inner city of Queens, NY.
Each time I achieve a new success, I know that every single person who participated in my upbringing deserves a huge nod of thanks, as this is their success, too. It brings me a great sense of peace to pay it forward and give back in as many ways as possible to the community that remains my bedrock.
➕ A Little More About Me
My life experiences have left a deep and meaningful imprint on the man I have become, and family remains at the core of everything I do. I am fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible community of relatives and friends, and in my spare time, I love nothing more than to enjoy their company both in Atlanta and in my hometown of Queens, New York.
I am also heavily dedicated to supporting a range of philanthropic endeavors and am a member of the Philanthropic Advisor Leadership Institute (PALI). Volunteering and mentoring are passions of mine, and I regularly work with a wide variety of charities and organizations, especially those that support children who have lost their parents. I am also deeply committed to helping those with autism, at-risk and troubled youths, and young people looking to establish a foundation of financial literacy.
Health and fitness are important to me, and I enjoy practicing Judo and Muay Thai (Thai boxing). I also enjoy cooking for family and friends on my Green Egg grill, watching and playing sports, dancing, watching reality financial TV (Profit and Shark Tank), and traveling.
I live in Powder Springs, GA with my wife Stephanie and our two children. They provide the foundation I need to confidently set out every day to do the work I believe in — and enable me to live each day with an overwhelming sense of meaning and gratitude.

About our Firm
Felton & Peel Wealth Management brings together two tenured financial professionals who strive to do things differently; offering more than five decades of combined experience with a deep sense of passion and integrity for everything we do. We proudly share our wealth of knowledge to help you take control of your financial future in a way that feels authentic and uplifting.
Our firm was founded on two core principles. Firstly, to provide comprehensive financial planning the non-traditional way through an accessible and affordable subscription service. Secondly, we believe that creating, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive financial plan is the primary step to ensuring you attain financial success that is built to withstand all economic cycles.
As an independent, fee-based financial planning practice, we relish our freedom to create unique financial plans that serve YOUR best interests, not ours – a promise we are legally bound to as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals and fiduciaries. We’re not a part of a large machine simply looking to make a profit. Instead, we champion the unique dreams of each individual client, and fully advocate for your goals.
We work with emerging affluents to the wealthy across a wide range of professions and life stages. There is no typical F&P client—instead, we seek to provide the highest quality financial planning to those who are slowly being priced out by traditional wealth management firms. In addition, we are fairly confident that it will be hard to find a comparable firm where you can work DIRECTLY with some of the top financial planners in the country.
We offer an intensely personal service delivered on a relatable level, and in a fun, collaborative yet comprehensive manner. When you speak, we listen. We tune in to your story and help unravel its many complex threads, weaving them back together in a way that is personal to you and your goals. Our financial plans are designed to evolve with your needs, guiding you safely through life’s many differing chapters.
Nothing brings us more pleasure than watching our clients light up with the realization that they CAN build the financial future they’ve been dreaming of, safely guided by an expert they trust to advocate for their needs at every eventuality. That’s what Felton & Peel is all about: bringing you a lasting sense of financial literacy and confidence, and building long-term relationships that enable us to walk with you every step of the way.
We’re also deeply passionate about philanthropy and supporting both our local and wider communities. As such, we will be giving 5% of our net revenue to a public charity annually. Additionally, as individuals we are each heavily involved with a wide range of philanthropic and charitable endeavours. Giving back in meaningful ways is a fundamental tenet of the Felton & Peel belief system.

To make Wealthtender free for readers, we earn a nominal monthly fee from financial advisors and firms in exchange for marketing services (including being featured on this profile page), subject to terms of use. This compensation creates a natural conflict of interest when we favor their promotion over others. Wealthtender is not a client of these advisors or firms. Testimonials may not be representative of other clients’ experiences and do not guarantee future performance or success.
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone.
