About Sandhya Gopal, CDFA ®
Hi, I’m Sandhya Gopal, founder of SpendItRight and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®.I help women understand the financial consequences of their divorce decisions and rebuild a stable financial life afterward.
Before founding SpendItRight, I spent more than 20 years in engineering, corporate planning, and global leadership roles where I analyzed complex financial information, evaluated trade-offs, and built long-term scenarios. Today, I apply those same skills to decisions involving settlement options, housing, retirement assets, cash flow, and life after divorce.
But my most important financial lessons did not come from a boardroom.
After navigating my own divorce and rebuilding financial stability as a single parent, I understood how difficult it can be to make life-altering financial decisions while emotions are running high. The numbers may be complicated, but the decisions are also deeply personal.
My role is to help you slow the process down, understand the math, and see how today’s choices could affect your future.
