I know a credit card offers perks that a debit card doesn’t. But is a credit card really that much safer than a debit card?
I just used my credit card to buy some supplies at OfficeMax and they didn’t ask to see any ID or to enter a PIN. Whenever I buy something with my debit card, though, I have to enter my PIN.
So wouldn’t a debit card be as safe or safer than a credit card?
