Assuming your husband had worked 40 quarters (10 years)
- qualified for Social Security
- you have NOT remarried, ( you can remarry after age 60 and it won’t impact your benefit)
- and were married to him for at least 9 months and 1 day, then yes, you should be able to collect the Widows benefit
