About Guillaume Decalf
I am the Founder and CEO of We Financial Group, an independent, fee-only wealth management organization built on a simple belief: clients receive better advice when it’s delivered by specialists.Financial planning has become increasingly complex. Retirement planning, taxes, investments, equity compensation, estate planning, business ownership, and international financial issues all require different expertise. Rather than building a firm that tries to be everything to everyone, I founded We Financial Group as a collection of specialized advisory brands, each focused on serving a distinct client community while sharing the same fiduciary standard, planning philosophy, and commitment to exceptional client service.
Today, We Financial Group includes:
Oui Financial, specializing in comprehensive financial planning for French and French-American individuals and families living in the United States.
We Financial Core, providing comprehensive wealth management for individuals, families, professionals, and business owners.
We Financial Focus, delivering targeted planning and advice for clients facing important financial decisions and life transitions.
We Financial Impact, helping investors incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and impact investing principles into their long-term financial plans.
We Financial for Therapists, offering financial planning specifically designed for therapists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
Before entering the financial industry, I spent more than a decade improving business operations and decision-making. After earning my MBA in France, I worked as a management consultant before moving to San Francisco in 2010, where I joined companies including Amazon and Fitbit.
My own experience adapting to the U.S. financial system changed the direction of my career. Navigating retirement accounts, taxes, healthcare, education planning, investing, and estate planning made me realize how overwhelming financial decisions can be, especially when they span different countries and financial systems. As I helped friends and colleagues navigate similar challenges, I discovered a passion for helping others make informed financial decisions and ultimately founded the first advisory practice within what would become We Financial Group.
Today, I continue to work directly with clients, particularly those with complex planning needs, while leading the continued growth of We Financial Group and expanding its specialized advisory brands.
I am a Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative, a GFP Fellow specializing in cross-border financial planning, and hold the RIADAC Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and competing in endurance running events. Endurance sports have reinforced many of the same principles I apply to financial planning: discipline, preparation, patience, and a long-term perspective.

We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
