About Me

I'm Bryan Foronjy,

As the founder of Foronjy Financial, I've created a practice for clients that truly appreciate a personal relationship with a seasoned practitioner who intends to stick with them for the long term.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I help clients design a customized vision for retirement by listening, asking insightful questions, and offering sound advice drawing from over a decade of professional experience.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning from San Diego State University. Before founding Foronjy Financial in 2015, I worked for nearly a decade as the Senior Account Executive at Fidelity Investments in Santa Barbara, CA.

My interest in finances began at a young age. As young at 9 years old, I delivered newspapers to a senior citizens mobile home park community where many of the residents lived through the great depression. They would stress upon me the importance of saving a percentage of my meager paperboy earnings each month, which I took to heart.

As a college student, I was drawn to classes that emphasized the importance of applying financial skills to help mom and pop clients, rather than traditional banking. It was from that curriculum that I discovered my passion for investments, portfolio management, tax strategies, estate planning and insurance strategies for families and individuals.

While not in the office, I keep a healthy work-life balance by coaching my childrens sports teams, exercising regularly, enjoying a game of chess, or spending time outdoors with my wife and three children.

What to expect in the first meeting

During our first meeting, we will be helping you get your finances organized. In order for us to assess your situation best we'll be discussing your wants, needs and wishes around finances. That could include your family, your profession, your income, spending or financial resources. Once we've established that, we'll be able to better assist you with building the framework of an organized plan. Lastly, we'll be happy to share with you more about ourselves and our process for helping families like yours going forward in time.
