About Dwayne Reinike, CFP®, ChFC®
Hi, I'm Dwayne Reinike, Founder and Financial Planner at Valiant Financial Planning.I support tech workers and physicians in growing, protecting, and distributing their wealth while they focus on living their best lives. I understand the value my clients place on hiring a professional to develop a flexible, tailored financial plan that allows them to make the most out of their hard-earned money.
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, U.S. Navy Veteran, Spouse, Father, Star Wars nerd, so-so soccer player, and an out-of-practice guitarist. I am passionate about guiding clients toward financial freedom while helping them overcome any challenges that life may throw at them.
I am a proud member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the Fee-Only Network, and the XY Planning Network.
Outside of work, I enjoy making memories with my beautiful wife, Scarlet, and my three teenage children: Ayden, Gaige and Lucielle. My family is the motivation behind my hard work, and I strive to help my clients achieve the same type of happy, fulfilling lifestyle I work hard to provide for my loved ones.

About Valiant Financial Planning
Valiant Financial Planning partners with tech professionals and physicians in the Greater Seattle Area, offering flat-fee-only financial planning with no commissions, no percentage-based fees, and no hidden costs.Who We Serve
We work with tech professionals who receive equity compensation such as RSUs or stock options alongside company-sponsored retirement and insurance benefits, as well as physicians navigating the unique financial challenges of their careers. Our clients often ask questions like what to do after RSUs vest, and we help them build a plan around the answers.
Transparent Pricing
We are a flat-fee-only firm, meaning clients pay a flat, transparent annual fee agreed upon in advance rather than a percentage of assets under management. We offer both ongoing financial planning and advice-only relationships, as well as project-based, one-time financial plans with clear, actionable steps clients can implement on their own, with the option for follow-up sessions as needed.
Why Work With Us
We believe our clients are looking for a trusted financial planner and reliable advice, not a stockbroker with a sales pitch. Our superpower lies in our innovative & transparent approach, ensuring you can focus on saving lives or developing technology while we secure your financial future.
Together, we will navigate your financial landscape, grow your wealth, protect your assets, and create a legacy that stands the test of time. Together, we’ll tackle every financial obstacle and ensure you emerge victorious on your journey to financial freedom. Join us as we champion your success and help you thrive!

We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
