About Grant Webster, CFP®, TPCP®
Hi, I'm Grant Webster. I started Arcadia Private Wealth in early 2026 after nearly two decades in the wealth management industry. At Arcadia, I work with a select number of successful families and retirees who want comprehensive guidance across every aspect of their financial lives.Prior to launching Arcadia, I served as an equity partner at one of the largest Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) in the country, working with 120+ clients and overseeing more than $400 million in client assets. In 2019, I was named to InvestmentNews' 40 Under 40 list, a highly competitive, prestigious awards program that recognizes rising stars and future leaders in the U.S. wealth management industry.
But something didn't sit right with me: families with larger portfolios were paying multiples more in fees, even when they required the same, or sometimes less work than clients with smaller portfolios.
The traditional percentage-based fee model created subtle conflicts. Should a client pay off their mortgage with money from their portfolio? Or give a large gift to family or charity? Should they hold a large amount of cash for an upcoming expense? Should they rollover a large 401(k) into an IRA? These decisions become muddied when an advisor's (and their firm's) compensation depends on the answer.
So I left to build something better: a firm, Arcadia, where the fee stays flat regardless of portfolio size, removing those incentives entirely and allowing financial advice to be truly objective.
I believe financial planning should be about your family, your concerns, your unique situation. Not about maximizing and gathering assets under management or selling products with hidden commissions.
I'm passionate about helping families understand exactly where they stand financially, helping them retire successfully, and using plain language instead of industry jargon.
If you are looking for a more thoughtful approach to managing your wealth and planning for retirement, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
On a Personal Note
When I'm not serving my clients, I'm usually somewhere near the coast in San Diego (office is in Encinitas and home is in Carlsbad), spending time with friends, playing squash and firing up the BBQ. I enjoy writing about the markets and financial planning and have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, InvestmentNews, and CNBC.
My greatest joy in life is spending time with my beautiful wife, Natalie, and our two amazing daughters Gia and Demi.

About Arcadia Private Wealth LLC
At Arcadia Private Wealth, we provide modern, flat-fee private wealth management for investors and families with $2,000,000+ in assets.Planning for retirement in comes with unique moving parts, from taxes and healthcare to income planning and protecting your lifestyle. We help future and current retirees answer the financial questions that matter most so they can retire with more confidence and a plan built for long-term peace of mind.
If you have questions like:
▪️ When can I actually retire — and will my money last?
▪️ How do I turn my retirement savings into income that I can’t outlive?
▪️ How do we protect the wealth we built and make sure it goes to the right people?
▪️ Are my investments optimally built for retirement — or too aggressively allocated?
▪️ Where do I pull money from first? 401(k), IRA, Social Security, after-tax?
▪️ Am I paying my advisor too much in AUM fees?
▪️ How will Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) increase my taxes?
Then you might be a good fit for our firm.
About You
At Arcadia, our focus is on serving two specific client segments: those navigating life in retirement, and those who have nearly reached financial independence—often between ages 50 and 65—yet continue working because they still enjoy their careers.
Our typical client...
▪️ Doesn’t want to go through retirement alone
▪️ Has an investment portfolio between $2 million and $10 million
▪️ Is retired or within 10 years of retirement
▪️ Wants coordinated retirement, investment, & tax planning without paying a percentage-of-assets (AUM) fee
Retirement planning built for tomorrow
For decades, wealth management has operated on a model where your advisor’s fee automatically increases as your portfolio grows, even when the advice and service remain largely the same. Arcadia was founded on a simple principle: the fee you pay should reflect the complexity of your financial life and the quality of advice you receive, not the size of your investment portfolio.
Transparent Pricing
Arcadia’s fee structure is simple, fair, and transparent. Our flat fee of $18,000 per year ($4,500 per quarter) includes investment management & financial planning.
Let's make a plan for retirement
We specialize in retirement planning. A lot of advisors try to be all things to all people - we don't. Our expertise is specifically in helping you make the most of your finances before and during retirement. We're financial partners that help you successfully retire & live your best life.

We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
