Hey there, I’m Leland Gross. I am passionate about building relationships and coaching people.
It has been said that personal finance is more personal than finance. I find that to be true. When working with someone’s finances, I don’t hear them talk about their investment returns right off the bat. I first hear them talk about the things they care about most in life like their family, their dreams, their fears, their stressors, etc.
I believe finances are a tool in our lives that can cause one of two things; anxiety or confidence. I am passionate about helping individuals and families foster confidence and an abundance mindset around their life goals.
After many years working in the insurance and broker-dealer world, I grew tired of transactional relationships. I was working to do financial planning, but It was more product sales than relationships. That is where PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC (PFLP) came in.
I founded PLFP to make a real difference in people’s lives. Through a focus on the financial planning process and building relationships, I am able to understand my clients and what they desire in life. This allows me to tailor advice in a way to maximize the resources at their disposal and help them develop the life that they long for both now and in the future.
As a fee-only, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ , I have the privilege of serving my clients nationwide to experience the life that they desire. Being “fee-only” means my only source of income is directly from my clients. I don’t get paid through hidden fees or commissions for selling financial products. This helps minimize the conflicts of interest in our relationship and puts us on the “same side of the table” to achieve your goals.
When I am not working with my clients, you can find me spending time with my family (my wife, Lindy, our son, Levi, and our pup, Sutton) being with our family and friends, playing pickleball, or doing anything that involves water (swimming, surfing, boating).
As your Financial Planner, I promise you honesty, transparency, and commitment to your success.

About our Firm
We all want to feel a sense of confidence in our life, but too often that is not the case. That is the PeaceLink difference. It’s not about just setting up and managing accounts. It is about crafting a plan that is tailored to YOU, to help you create the life you desire.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
✔️ Fee-Only: The only compensation I receive is directly from my clients. I don’t get paid commissions based off of investment product sales. This means I am able to give you great, unbiased financial advice tailored to what is best for you, not tailored to what pays me more.
✔️ Fiduciary: I am legally obligated and personally liable to provide you advice that is in your best interest. This should be a no-brainer, but believe it or not, many investment firms are not held to this standard.
✔️ The CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation is formal recognition of expertise and a commitment to the highest standard of integrity and professionalism in the industry.
WHO WE WORK BEST WITH
✔️ REALTORS®: Real estate is a field that offers incredible opportunity. No REALTOR® goes into this field because they like working nights and weekends or paying their own taxes. They got into this field with a dream of a lifestyle: more freedom, time, and income. They need help with: Structuring their business | Optimizing their taxes | Managing their business and personal cash flow | Getting the most money from their business | Saving/investing for their future | Ultimately they want to get the life they want from their business.
✔️ SELF-EMPLOYED: Owning your own business is a wonderful adventure of controlling your destiny. But with such a great opportunity comes great complexity as well. Many business owners love what they do, but aren’t trained in business and personal finance. They know they need help with: Organizing and optimizing their taxes | Tracking their income and expenses better | Building a “benefits plan” including insurance and retirement vehicles | Getting as much money from their business, into their personal life as possible | Ultimately they need help managing their business finances to benefit them personally.

To make Wealthtender free for readers, we earn a nominal monthly fee from financial advisors and firms in exchange for marketing services (including being featured on this profile page), subject to terms of use. This compensation creates a natural conflict of interest when we favor their promotion over others. Wealthtender is not a client of these advisors or firms. Testimonials may not be representative of other clients’ experiences and do not guarantee future performance or success.
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
