About Luis Rosa, CFP®, EA
Hi. I'm Luis Rosa. I came to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic at 11 — and like a lot of first-generation professionals, I learned two languages growing up: English, and money.Today I work with Latino executives who are navigating equity compensation, tax strategy, and generational wealth-building — often as the first in their family to do it, with no playbook to follow.
As a CFP® professional and IRS Enrolled Agent, I bring the technical depth that level of wealth requires, plus something a lot of advisors can't offer: I understand what it means to be first. We're not starting with the basics — we're building a strategy built for where you already are.
Q&A with Luis Rosa
Q: Is there a unique approach that sets you apart?
Luis: As a first-generation wealth creator myself, I know what it means to be the first of many in my family to reach this level. That understanding, combined with my tax planning background, means I'm not just building a generic plan — I'm building one that accounts for the full complexity of your financial life and the reality of the path that got you here.
Q: What areas of expertise do you have?
Luis: I'm a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and IRS Enrolled Agent, and I focus on the financial complexity that comes with executive-level success: equity compensation, tax strategy, and long-term wealth building. My tax background means I integrate tax planning directly into the overall financial plan, rather than treating it as a separate conversation — so decisions around your equity, investments, and income are coordinated, not made in isolation.
Q: What is your favorite part about working with clients?
Luis: I love providing clients the clarity and piece of mind that they need to focus on living their lives. Establishing long-term relationships with my clients and seeing them grow and get closer to their goals is one of my favorite parts about what I do.

Who We Serve
I work with Latino executives — accomplished leaders who are often the first in their family to reach this level of income and influence. Though they come from a range of backgrounds, what they share is having built serious careers and now needing a wealth strategy sophisticated enough to match: navigating equity compensation, complex tax decisions, and long-term wealth building.
Even at this level of success, many haven't had a blueprint for this next stage — because it wasn't something modeled for them growing up. They're looking for an advisor who brings real technical depth and understands, firsthand, what it means to be first.

Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
