About Pijus Bulvinas, CFP®
Hello! I'm PJ, founder and lead planner at Wealth and Plan. I'm a CFP® professional with ten years experience in the financial planning industry, including time at Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan. We specialize in helping high-earning professionals and families in their 30s and 40s, especially those who want real guidance WHILE they're building their wealth, not only after.
Here's what sets us apart: Before starting Wealth and Plan, I served over 100 high and ultra-high net worth families, helping oversee $200 million+ in client assets at prior firms. Now I bring that same experience to an independent, fee-only firm built for people who are still in the building years.
If you have questions such as:
Am I saving enough, and in the right places?
What should I be doing with my bonus or company stock?
Am I getting the most out of my workplace benefits?
How do we balance the kids' future with our own goals?
How can I keep more of what I earn at tax time?
Then we may be a good fit.
The easiest first step is to schedule an intro call to get to know each other. If we're not the right fit, I'm happy to point you toward someone who is.
I look forward to meeting you!

About Wealth and Plan
Wealth and Plan is an independent, fee-only financial planning firm based in Houston, Texas, serving professionals and families in their 30s and 40s across the United States, with no asset minimums.Who We Serve
We work with high-earning professionals who value education, transparency, and real financial guidance while they're building their wealth — not only after. Clients can work with us wherever they are in the U.S., since Wealth & Plan operates as a fully virtual practice and meets with clients over video call at a time that works around their schedule.
Our Services
We offer two services: wealth management and ongoing financial planning. Some clients prefer to engage us in both, others choose one or the other.
Your financial plan is built to be actionable whether or not you choose to implement it with us. For investment management services, we handle day-to-day operations through our custodian, Charles Schwab.
Our work includes developing strategies around RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, deferred compensation, and stock options; building retirement projections with stress-testing, distribution modeling, and withdrawal sequencing; implementing proactive annual strategies such as Roth conversions, tax loss harvesting, and asset location; and reviewing coverage across life, disability, and liability insurance.
Transparent Pricing
Pricing may be adjusted based on the complexity of the plan, which we always discuss upfront.
✅ Ongoing Financial Planning - annual fee ranges from $2,000 to $5,000. We also have monthly billing options if preferred, which range from $200/mo to $500/mo (for a 12-month engagement).
✅ Wealth Management - fees are tiered based on assets managed. Complete fee schedule is posted on the front page of our website.
We're fee-only, meaning we're paid directly by you and only you — we never earn commissions, referral fees, or incentives for recommending any product or investment, so our advice is never influenced by what pays us more.

We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
