About Ryan Canfield, AIF®
I'm Ryan Canfield, President and Founder of Victus Wealth Management, where I have the privilege of serving as a financial advisor to our clients. I'm a husband and father committed to building a strong future for my family, but I refuse to do it at the expense of the time we have together right now. Life isn't a dress rehearsal for retirement. In 2011, I began working in a financial advising office and saw the same cookie-cutter advice being handed to client after client. Other advisors told me the most important thing was to "gather assets." That never sat right with me. Money isn't the goal. It's the tool. I believe everyone needs a plan that encompasses their full financial picture, because building an investment portfolio without purpose leads to costly mistakes, and I've seen the wreckage those mistakes leave behind.
I also watched more than one client sacrifice their best years, only for tragedy to strike right as retirement began. Those stories were devastating, and honestly, they still keep me up at night sometimes. They convinced me there had to be a better way. I don't believe people need to wait until retirement to enjoy life. Too often I've seen someone work hard for 30-plus years, retire, and pass away within a year of leaving the workforce, leaving a spouse to wonder why they waited so long to start living when they should have been enjoying it all along.
My motivation for this work is also deeply personal. My older brother, Derek, has special needs, and during our childhood my parents received financial advice that cost him his eligibility for a government program. That experience shaped everything about how I practice today. It's why I obsess over the details other advisors skip, and why I'm committed to making sure my clients never face a mistake like the one my family did.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Finance from York College of Pennsylvania and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, which allows me to serve my clients' full financial picture with the fiduciary standard they deserve.

Click the "Book Intro Call" button above to get started. Our complimentary consultation is your chance to get to know us, ask hard questions, and figure out whether we're actually the right fit, no pressure either way. We'll kick things off by encouraging you to ask us anything you need to feel comfortable. Our experience, our qualifications, our ethical responsibilities, all fair game. We'd rather answer twenty questions upfront than have you wonder about something six months in. You should feel good about who you're working with before we ever talk numbers. Once you're comfortable, we'll ask you to share your financial goals and dreams with us. Maybe that's retiring in ten years, funding your kid's college, taking the trip you've been putting off, or making sure your wealth ends up exactly where you want it someday. Whatever it is, that's where the real conversation starts. Feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime.Offers Investment Management

About Victus Wealth Management
Victus Wealth Management is located in Enola, PA, but thanks to the power of technology, we work with clients throughout the United States. At Victus Wealth Management, we believe financial planning isn't just about numbers and investments. It's about helping you live the life you've always dreamed of, not the one you'll get around to eventually. The word "Victus" originates from Latin, meaning "to live." It perfectly encapsulates our philosophy of using financial planning as a tool to empower individuals and families to make the most out of their lives, starting now, not someday. We understand that your financial well-being is intricately linked to your overall happiness and fulfillment. A great portfolio that never funds a great life isn't actually a win. By providing tailored financial strategies, we aim to help you achieve your dreams and aspirations, on your timeline.
We specifically love working with Millennials who are in their prime earning years, building careers and families, and refusing to believe that 'living your best life' has to wait until age 65.
Whether you need assistance with investment planning, retirement planning, tax strategies, debt management, or estate planning, we bring the knowledge and expertise to help you make sound financial decisions, without the jargon or the cookie-cutter playbook.
At Victus Wealth Management, we're passionate about helping you live a life of abundance, independence, and fulfillment. That's not a tagline. It's the whole point.

We Want Your Voice to be Heard
Wealthtender exists to help people discover trusted and authentic financial professionals and educators who may be a good fit based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals and educators may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are helpful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the provider’s profile, indicating the review in question and the reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
