We had the pleasure of meeting Skee Orr three years ago and could tell immediately that he was passionate about his career as a wealth management advisor. Being in sales myself, I was very impressed with his “no pressure” approach and calm demeanor. As a matter of fact, I almost had to encourage him to tell us more about Rather & Kittrell and their offerings. We met with Skee and his team and were very impressed with their presentation and proposals. After partnering with Rather & Kittrell, we are very pleased to have a secure financial future due to the efforts of Skee and his team. We have only been with R&K for about 3 years, but I think my favorite time with Skee and his team was our first meeting. We started our relationship with one question, “what is your main goal in retirement?” That made a huge impression on us because I could tell they wanted to know what our goals were, not what they had to offer. It was totally about us. I was confident Skee could help us accomplish whatever our goals had been, but again, it was a laser focus on our goals. We have had a number of transitions in our retirement plans since that first meeting and Skee and his team at R&K has helped us through adjusting those plans through all of those transitions.
