Melanie does a great job of explaining the FIRE movement for everyone. She doesn’t try to make it an exclusive club but instead creates an inclusive atmosphere that encourages exploration and growth.
Partners in Fire is one of the few blogs that I read every article. Melanie does a fantastic job of bringing interesting topics and sharing her unique perspectives. Highly recommend.
Really solid stuff for helping with Twitch Streams, and general advice on finance.
This is my favorite blog in the crowed money/travel/video game niche.
Many want to improve their financial lives but don’t know how. Melanie is here to be your partner in FIRE or whatever other money goals you have.
Partners in FIRE is a perfectly balanced website. The content perfectly intersects personal finance and lifestyle—because what is the point of personal finance if not to permit a wonderful lifestyle?!
The blog explores the human side of financial independence by including a cool mix of gaming and travel. Also touches upon geo-arbitrage and side hustles.
I love Partners in Fire. Whether you are into gaming, travel, or money, you will find something valuable from the site. Highly recommend!
Following Melanie’s journey, you feel welcomed and a true partner in achieving FIRE. It’s a great feeling and a great site!
Partner’s In FIRE is a FIRE-based blog that happily branches out in to everything else Mel is passionate about – which is brilliant as that passion just shines through in the posts. The best part about Mel’s blog is it’s a perfect example of someone taking the bull by the horns, figuring out what they enjoy in life – and then making their life all about that. If you ever needed inspiration to do the same, this is the one for you.
Partners in Fire is a wonderful blog that maintains a balanced perspective on finances and lifestyle. Melanie’s spirit and camaraderie in the FIRE community is what we need more of! Her blog consists of motivational and insightful topics along with the more authentic, messy side of personal finance – the stuff that many bloggers don’t talk much about when in reality these are the topics that make a blogger, like Melanie, so much more relatable!
I love Partners In Fire because it is not just about tactics and strategies to achieve financial independence. Tactics and strategies are important, of course but so are the human side of finance such as making mistakes on the way to FI. Melanie is honest about sharing her journey, warts and all and I, for one am appreciative. Thank you, Melanie
Wealthtender exists to help people discover the most trusted and authentic financial advisors and educators in the finance community.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals, personal finance blogs and podcasts may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.

Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Help ensure your review is useful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Be objective. Try to highlight both positives and negatives in your review, even if your experience skews heavily in one direction.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable for others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harrassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscentities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identity another individual or compromise their privacy.
