About Me

Hi, I'm Brenna Baucum, founder of Collective Wealth Planning. My core values are growth and connection, and I can’t think of a better profession to foster those than financial planning.

I’ve been in Oregon most of my life, in Salem since 2007, and in this field since 2013. I am passionate about helping clients grow and connect with what is most meaningful to them. You can find the ‘why’ behind my decision to start the firm in the video on my profile page, which I shared when the practice first launched.

Money is both practical and emotional; therefore, I use a parallel planning approach. We'll talk about your numbers, and we'll talk about how you feel about those numbers. I view my role as a facilitator of the planning process, not a director. Together, we'll co-create a financial plan that will empower you to support what you care about.

I look forward to learning a bit about your story, what drives you, and how we can collaborate to make your world - our world - a little bit better.
