Hi, my name is Kaysian Gordon, Founder and Wealth Advisor of Kaysi Gordon Financial Planning - A Place Where Faith and Financial Planning Meet.
I’ve been in the profession for over 20 years, but most recently have felt the call that faith should be a deeply rooted conversation when we talk about our money. I believe that money does not just impact our financial life, it affects every aspect of our life. Similarly, I believe that faith impacts everything we do and pursue.
I empower you to look at your finances in a different way. To help you to plan not just for financial things, or near term goals - but to plan for the long term.
Some questions I typically get asked: Can we afford to buy a home? How much should we spend or save? How much do I need to save for retirement? What will it cost for college education, while also being financially wise? Help understanding how I’m spending currently, so that I can reach my long term goals.
I can help you with that.
And a favorite question I help clients to think about: How will you spend your time in retirement?
Also, if you have successfully saved over many years and you need to understand how you can invest, while taking the appropriate risk for where you are in your life so that your assets can continue to grow over time, I can help you with that as well.
I have been given the gift to make finances accessible and to speak in a language that makes it understanding and relatable. I take your hand and walk with you through the process so that you can be reminded that Rome wasn’t built overnight, but it’s through consistent actions over time, so that you can ultimately become financially independent and free.
When I am not working with women, I intentionally take time to recharge with my own quiet time, give back by serving in my local church in various capacities, or traveling with family.

About our Firm
I have a desire to help women with their financial lives, taking complex financial topics, and simplifying it, while making it relevant to their lives.
I serve women of faith who are going through transitions – whether through career changes, planning for retirement, retired, recently divorced or sadly, widowed. I empower you by creating a financial path forward, so that you can have a roadmap and a guide to your destination of financial freedom.
Who I Work With
Women of Faith who are currently employed (W-2). You may also have a side business or the goal of starting a small business.
You are managing the finances of your home and doing all the things you’ve heard you should do, but you’re not quite sure if you’re doing it right or how it all fits together.
I help you set the foundation and allow you to see the big picture and then guide you on how to take the smaller steps to attain your goals, with expertise and a whole lot of empathy.
My Passions
I have a passion for working with women of faith in their finances.
As a woman of faith myself, I understand how daunting it can be to share finances with a virtual stranger. My background of working in the financial arena for more than 20 years, first working with ultra high net worth clients, plus my ability to take complicated topics and discuss them in a simplified and relatable way is what sets me apart from many financial advisors you will meet.
I incorporate some of my own life situations of being a divorced mom, leaving a corporate career to pursue my dreams of empowering women in their own finances and to help women dream of the bigger possibilities. I have published a faith blog weekly for over the last five years. I am also a published author of two faith devotionals, and co-authored a children’s book with my daughter.
Education

To make Wealthtender free for readers, we earn a nominal monthly fee from financial advisors and firms in exchange for marketing services (including being featured on this profile page), subject to terms of use. Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Ensure your review is helpful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable to others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identify another individual or compromise their privacy.
