About Ray Prospero, JD, ChFC®, CKA®
Ray Prospero, ChFC®, is a Partner Advisor with AdvicePeriod. Ray helps clients develop realistic financial goals, designing wealth management strategies to help preserve their wealth for future generations. He focuses primarily on key elements of the wealth management process and the fundamentals of estate and retirement planning strategies.Ray launched his financial services career when he joined Merrill Lynch in 2010 after a legal career, where he was admitted to the U.S. Tax Court. While at Merrill Lynch, Ray was a Senior Vice President and was a member of their Circle of Excellence recognition club, reserved for top performing advisors nationwide. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne College of Law and earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.
Giving back to the community is important to Ray. He is on the Board of Directors for LifeStream Blood Bank, a non-profit comprehensive blood center serving more than 80 medical facilities throughout California. Ray is also on the Board of Elders for Crossroads Christian Church and School and is involved in the Circle City Rotary club.
In his free time, Ray enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children.
